Christopher specializes in the treatment of OCD (using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy and Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT)and PTSD as an EMDRIA-Certified Therapist and Consultant. Christopher’s approach is strongly informed by his background in formal Zen Buddhism training and compassionate mindfulness.

Christopher trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy through the BTTI and Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through the OCD Training School. Christopher has been in practice since 2002.
