Narrative of Services:
Approximately 50% of my practice is dedicated to treating OCD and related disorders. I use evidence-based interventions, with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as the primary treatment modality. I also provide support for co-occurring anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms when present. Treatment is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in best-practice behavioral principles. I work with adults in Oregon via secure Telehealth.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
I treat many common co-occurring conditions alongside OCD, including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. ERP is the primary modality, supported by cognitive-behavioral and acceptance-based strategies. When necessary, I collaborate with prescribers and other providers to ensure coordinated whole-person care.
Training Description:
I have six years of clinical experience treating individuals with OCD and anxiety disorders. My post-doctoral training included a 2020 placement during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Collective Care Clinic in Portland, Oregon, an intensive outpatient program specializing in OCD and anxiety, where I provided Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My practice remains grounded in evidence-based interventions for OCD and related conditions, with a focus on delivering clinically effective, compassionate care for adults.
Diversity Statement:
I have extensive experience working with diverse populations across multiple clinical settings, including a residential substance use program, the VA healthcare system, and intensive outpatient care. My academic and professional training emphasized culturally responsive, whole-person care with a focus on environmental and social determinants of health. This includes dedicated coursework and supervised clinical work centered on equity, inclusion, and serving underrepresented and marginalized communities. I remain committed to providing affirming, evidence-based treatment that respects each individual’s cultural background, identity, and lived experience.
