Narrative of Services:

I have been treating adult clients experiencing OCD, OC Related disorders, anxiety disorders, perfectionism and ADHD for over 5 years. My practice offers services for individuals and college students, many of whom are seeking support for challenges in these domains. I have specialized experience working with body-focused repetitive behaviors and appreciate the ways in which BFRBs can reflect broader coping mechanisms. In addition, I have an interest in studying the symptomatology and diagnostic boundaries among OCD, OC Related disorders, trauma, and anxiety disorders.

Training Description:

I have pursued comprehensive training in MI, CBT, ERP and ACT through university courses, professional development and continuing education. I consult regularly with a senior therapist in the field who has completed the IOCDF’s Advanced Forum BTTI training and has earned the designation of Diplomate by the Academy of Cognitive Therapy.
