Training Description:

I have received specialized training in OCD management, with a particular focus on children and teenagers. My practice primarily employs Exposure Response Prevention and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to aid clients with OCD. Additionally, I am trained to collaborate with parents, providing support and coaching on effective parenting strategies.
