Narrative of Services:

I provide evidence-based psychological services for adolescents and adults with OCD, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and related concerns. OCD and anxiety disorders represent a significant portion of my clinical practice. I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches as appropriate. I also provide SPACE, a parent-based treatment for children and adolescents with anxiety and OCD. Services include individual psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and consultation, offered in person in Driggs, Idaho, and via telehealth in multiple states through PSYPACT.

Training Description:

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with doctoral-level training in evidence-based assessment and treatment of anxiety and related disorders. My training in OCD treatment includes specialized continuing education in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), consultation and training in evidence-based approaches for OCD and anxiety, and ongoing review of current research and clinical practice guidelines. I have experience treating adolescents and adults with OCD across outpatient settings and incorporate ERP within a broader CBT framework. Most recently, I completed a two-day SPACE workshop led by Dr. Eli Lebowitz in January 2026.

Diversity Statement:

My doctoral training emphasized culturally responsive assessment and treatment across diverse populations, and I have continued to develop these competencies throughout my clinical practice. I strive to provide affirming, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care that considers how identity, systems, community, and lived experience may influence symptom presentation and treatment. I approach cultural competence as an ongoing process of learning, self-reflection, and adapting evidence-based interventions to each individual’s needs and values.
