Narrative of Services:

I currently offer teletherapy services in over 10 states across the US, and in-home and community-based services to fit the needs of each client. I utilize acceptance and commitment training (ACT), behavioral activation techniques, exposure and response prevention (ERP), habit reversal training (HRT), and other evidence-based treatments. Current percentage of practice working with OC Related disorders is 75%, and I have treated over 75 individuals with OC Related disorders. The other percentage of my practice is treating autism spectrum disorders. I have treated over a 100 of individuals with ASD.

Training Description:

I have over 15 years of behavior analytic experience working with a diverse population in a variety of settings. Primarily population include, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and developmental disability, and anxiety related disorders, specifically, obsessive-compulsive disorder. I have over 2 years of experience working in a higher-level care setting (i.e., PHP and IOP) treating OCD and OC Related disorders. I was trained by a PhD senior therapist in the field of OCD. Treatment modalities include exposure and response prevention (ERP) and acceptant and commitment training (ACT).

Diversity Statement:

We provide trainings to help clinicians advance in their treatment of OCD and co-occurring behavioral issues with sensitivity and in-depth case consultation that considers the impact of various histories on symptomology and treatment response.

Treatment Groups:

Our groups include: Monday Mindfulness & Acceptance, 11 am – 12 pm; Tuesday Triumph in Relationships 1-2pm; Wednesday Awareness & Awakening, 11 am – 12 pm; Throwback Thursday, Keeping your Hard-won Gains, 1pm – 2pm; Future Friday’s Making Intention Reality, 11 am – 12 pm. These groups are $50 and may be reimbursed by insurance
