I specialize in teens and adults with OCD, anxiety, depression, relational issues and major life changes.

I am a National Board Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of CA. I am trained on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) through the Cognitive Behavior Institute. As a lifelong sufferer of OCD, I have undergone treatment and learned ways to manage my symptoms to live a healthy and fulfilled life. Combined with my lived experience, and a mixture of CBT (ERP), ACT, and mindfulness, clients can expect a unique, tailored approach to treatment that is genuine and compassionate.
