I specialize in providing evidence-based support for children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety disorders and OCD. My therapeutic approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, incorporating techniques such as exposure and response prevention, as well as acceptance-based strategies. I also have extensive experience working with parents of children with anxiety and OCD, helping them develop family-wide strategies to enhance the overall quality of life for everyone involved.
