Narrative of Services:

Treatment begins with a comprehensive diagnostic intake, followed by targeted psychoeducation. We utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as our primary modality, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person centered, and psychodynamic approaches. Therapists collaborate with the PT to develop a structured clinical conceptualization and a personalized fear hierarchy, facilitating gradual, scaled exposures within a highly supportive, clinically supervised framework to promote long term recovery.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I provide integrative interventions for a range of neurodevelopmental conditions, such as autism, ADHD, anxiety, mood, and post-traumatic stress.
