Narrative of Services:

I have extensive experience utilizing CBT, ERP, and ACT to help clients with OCD and anxiety disorders. Most of my clients are experiencing OCD with “taboo” obsessional content including sexual/harm/scrupulosity symptoms as well as with several lesser-known themes. I have worked with many clients who have believed that their particular theme is untreatable.

Training Description:

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and subsequently obtained my Master of Science degree with specialization in Clinical and Health Neuroscience. Most recently, I earned my Master of Counselling degree with specialization in Counselling Psychology. I completed my clinical internship at an anxiety and OCD specialty clinic in Toronto, ON.

In my current role as Registered Provisional Psychologist, I am supervised by expert mentors, and seek regular consultation and connect with other OCD/Anxiety/BFRBs Specialists on the professional Facebook group of the same name.

Diversity Statement:

I work with all kinds of people. I welcome and accept clients of all gender and sexual minorities.
