I integrate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness techniques to help you overcome intrusive thoughts, manage anxious feelings, and break free from debilitating rituals.
I have taken multiple trainings from IOCDF, as well as through other organizations that have helped me to gain invaluable perspective and training in treating those with OCD.
