My approach to is solution oriented and evidence-based. I have specialized training and understanding in the treatment of OCD. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) or Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of OCD.

I have completed training for Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a lead I-CBT provider in the nation. Additionally, I have taken multiple trainings from IOCDF, as well as through other organizations that have helped me to gain invaluable perspective and training in treating those with OCD.
