Narrative of Services:
I completed an anxiety and OCD training through PESI and took the OCD basics course through IOCDF.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
I provide individual therapy to teens and adults who have OCD and anxiety related disorders as well as ADHD, substance abuse, and more. I provide ERP, CBT, and use a strength based approach. I prioritize cultivating a supportive space while also helping you reach your goals.
Training Description:
I’ve been in practice for about ten years and have worked with individuals with OCD throughout that time and more so over the past 5 years.
