Narrative of Services:

I am a clinical child psychologist working with youth and families who are struggling with anxiety and OCD symptoms. Please explore my website for more information about who I treat and how: rebeccawolenskiphd.com.

I have expertise in providing evidence-based treatments such as exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). Outside of private practice, I am a full time staff psychologist at McLean Hospital’s OCD Institute for Children and Adolescents (OCDI Jr.)

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Through therapy, I primarily target obsessive compulsive disorder and anxiety symptoms. Additionally, I tailor treatment to the needs of individuals based on their whole psychological profile and make necessary adjustments to consider co-occurring disorders when possible (e.g., ADHD, depression).

Training Description:

My training has been focused primarily on youth and families struggling with internalizing disorders (i.e., anxiety, OCD, and related conditions). After 6 years of intensive training, I received my doctorate in clinical science in child and adolescent psychology. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School, with clinical experience at OCDI Jr. and in the McLean Anxiety Mastery Program (MAMP). I then completed my post-doctoral fellowship at OCDI Jr.
