Elizabeth Wolske LCSW

I offer both in person and teletherapy for individuals (children, teens, and adults) with anxiety and OCD. I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in DE, PA, and RI. Currently, 85-90% of my practice are individuals with OCD, and some are facing a complex anxiety disorder. I have treated over 100 individuals with OCD and anxiety and have been in private practice for over 6 years, but treating individuals with anxiety and OCD for over 10 years.

I treat Depression and Anxiety disorders when co-occurring with OCD or OC related conditions.

I was certified in Exposure Response Prevention via the Cognitive Behavior Institute, studying best treatment practices for OCD and Emetophobia and received advanced ERP consultation under the Director of Education and Clinical Directors of the Center for Anxiety and Behavior Therapy. I have been teaching brain studies and behavioral social science at Lehman College of New York since 2015 and train Clinical Social Workers at Tulane School of Social Work. I remain an avid learner; studying best practices and training protocol under mentorship with CABT and University of PA.

I have received training via the NIH, West Chester University, and the National Association of Social Workers. I have experience supporting individuals of color, particularly in the Hispanic community of southern Chester County, PA. All individuals, no matter race or ethnicity, deserve the best care in their OCD and anxiety treatment.

I provide ongoing anxiety and OCD groups for various populations. Currently, I provide a teen anxiety and OCD skills group which runs in 4 week increments in person in Kennett Square, PA.
