Narrative of Services:

As a Clinical Psychologist, I can assist you to cope with everyday problems and help you to tackle the challenges that seem overwhelming. My practice is ethically driven and I have a warm, engaging, and respectful style. Our psychological office is located on 17 Avenue SW, Calgary (AB) and offers a comfortable and private setting. In addition to OCD, I have a particular interest in working with people who are challenged by Body Focused Repetitive Behaviours (BFRBs) to include chronic hair pulling and skin picking. Individual CBT treatment is offered to adults aged 18 years and over.

Training Description:

I am currently a Registered Psychologist in Alberta, Canada. I trained as a Clinical Psychologist and graduated from the University of Exeter (UK) with a Doctorate in Clinical and Community Psychology in 2000. I gained experience in treating individuals with OCD working for the National Health Service (NHS) and a regional psychiatric forensic unit in the UK; through treating offenders in New Zealand; through work-related rehabilitation and treatment in Canada; and most recently, in private practice (Calgary). I have additional CBT training in the treatment of BFRBs and currently have an active caseload of clients both with OCD and BFRB’s.
