50% of our clients at Mind Body Health are clients who struggle with OCD or OC Related disorders. It is one of our main specialty areas.

Training Description:

I received specialized training in treating OCD during my post-doctoral training. I employ both ERP and ACT in helping clients explore experiential avoidance and cognitive rigidity. To further my knowledge, I attend weekly peer supervision meetings with other OCD specialists for case consultation.
