I have received specialized training in the treatment of OCD and body-focused repetitive behaviors and specialize in these areas.

I primarily use CBT and ACT, with exposure therapy at the core. I specialize treatment to each individual’s needs.

I completed my practicum at Anxiety & OCD Treatment Services and attended CBI ERP Intensive, along with several other trainings through other institutions, with plans to attend the BTTI as soon as it opens again.
