I am currently working as a sole practitioner. My approach to working with OCD is primarily cognitive/behavioral. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and do in vivo work with my patients both in and out of my office. I work individually with the person diagnosed with OCD and will also work with family members to facilitate practice at home. I work with children, adolescents, and adults.

I have been treating patients with OCD and other anxiety disorders for over 35 years. I only provide telehealth treatment and do not provide in person sessions. My approach centers around Cognitive behavioral therapy and ERP, though I do include some aspects of ACT.
