Bend OCD Peer Group

This group is for anyone who has experience with OCD regardless of their subtype or severity. Meetings are held every other Friday evening at 6 PM for 40 minutes and are open to anyone interested in participating. The first ten minutes of each session will be a discussion of a new topic within OCD, and a brief sharing of additional resources. For the remaining 30 minutes, we will all share anything we’d like with each other. These can be about things you’ve done well within the week, anything you want to vent about, or ask any questions you may have about OCD.
