Description:

This is a virtual support group run by Noah Tile, a Psychotherapist and Rabbi, living in Canada. While Noah comes from the Orthodox tradition, this group is intended for Jewish people of any (or no) denominational affiliation.

All are welcome.

It provides an opportunity for each of participant to be a part of a like minded community of Jewish people who struggle with OCD, in a welcoming and empowering environment.

This group is also intended for caregivers, friends and family of those living with OCD.

It is a space to listen, provide empathy, share stories, learn tools and skills, build bonds and relationships, create accountability and deepen your commitment to improving mental health and your connection to a healthy and vibrant Jewish life, as well as a stronger relationship with the Divine.

We will discuss resources and strategies for personal and spiritual growth, both from evidence-based therapy modalities and the richness of our own tradition, in a mutually beneficial way.

This can be a great complement to any formal treatment you may be in.

It is not a peer support group, in that it is run by a professional, and not by someone who identifies with OCD from a lived experience standpoint.

As well, it is not a formal psychotherapy and Noah does not take on the role of Psychotherapist.

Come any time; there is no need to be at every meeting.
