Description:
This support group is appropriate for adolescents (ages 11-18) with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). We will provide a supportive environment focused on increasing social connection, covering topics such as how symptoms affect relationships, how to talk to others about OCD, and navigating school with OCD.
The in-person group format allows teens to share and listen to one another’s experiences.
Our Life with OCD Adolescent Group will be led by two clinicians at the CBT Center for Anxiety and
OCD, who will facilitate group discussions and maintain a safe and supportive environment. Group participation is voluntary and confidential.
