OCD Support Group

Connect with other families & friends who have a loved-one impacted by OCD. Experience a sense of community in a safe, supportive space where you can express feelings, as well as obtain education from experts, and gain valuable insight and practical ideas from other OCD families/friends. This is an open group, free of charge, facilitated by a licensed mental health professional. We meet via Zoom the 1st & 3rd Thursdays from 12N-1:30pm CST
