Perinatal Anxiety & OCD Treatment Group
Meeting Information:
This treatment group is a dedicated space for women who are pregnant or navigating motherhood through the early childhood years with anxiety and OCD. While best used alongside individual therapy, this group offers a powerful combination of education, treatment planning, and skill-building. You will gain the practical tools and the supportive community needed to not just cope, but to truly thrive as a mother living with perinatal anxiety or OCD. The group is co-led by Erin Jones, LCMHC, PMH-C and Allie Lieber, LCSWA. Space is intentionally limited to eight participants to ensure a close, supportive environment. Enrollment is first come, first served. A brief and complimentary intake session can be scheduled, as needed.
Open to residents of North Carolina
