Description:

New York Anxiety Treatment’s 6-Week Exposure Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, evidence-based treatment for individuals with OCD and anxiety disorders who need more support than traditional weekly therapy. This in-person program combines Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing in a small-group setting, with individual therapy sessions and family coaching. The program helps participants build skills, face fears, and make meaningful progress toward a more flexible and fulfilling life.
