New York Anxiety Treatment’s GOAL Group helps individuals with OCD and anxiety disorders apply Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) skills to everyday challenges. In a supportive, collaborative environment, participants work toward facing fears, reducing compulsions and avoidance, and building confidence to live more freely and in line with their values.
