Description:

New York Anxiety Treatment’s In-Person Exposure Lab provides therapist-guided opportunities to practice Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in real-world settings. Participants work collaboratively with clinicians to face feared situations, reduce avoidance and compulsive behaviors, and build confidence applying therapeutic skills in everyday life.
