Description:
Connect with others who understand the realities of living with perfectionism, rigidity, and the need for control. Formally diagnosed or self-diagnosed folks are welcome! Group members will read through “The Obsessive Compulsive Personality Workbook: CBT Skills to Overcome Rigidity, Allow Imperfection, and Improve Your Relationships” by Anthony Pinto, PhD. This group is 8 weeks in length and meets every other Wednesdays beginning January 20th, 2027. Open to adults in Oregon and Washington states. Private Pay.
Must be screened and admitted to the group prior to attending.
