I’ll be running an 8-week RF-ERP group for OCD, focused on building practical skills to step out of obsessive-compulsive rumination loops while exploring the emotional and relational themes that often fuel them. This group may be a great fit for adults with OCD who feel stuck in rumination cycles and are looking for both skills-based and insight-oriented work. As an OCD specialist, I am trained in both ERP and psychoanalytic psychotherapy for OCD.

Group details:
* When: Mondays, 4:15–5:15 PM EST, beginning March 23rd (8 weeks)
* Fee: $125 per session | $200 for the required 30-minute individual intake
* Open to clients in: NY, NJ, FL, and MN
