I specialize in the treatment of Hoarding Disorder and hoarding behaviors using CBT and mindfulness/self-compassion. I also provide consultation for family members, treatment providers and other community partners who are coping with hoarding. As the Clinical Consultant at The Mental Health Association of San Francisco, I facilitate CBT and Buried in Treasures Treatment groups for Hoarding Disorder, The Friends and Family Support Group, and The Adult Children of Hoarding Parents Group.

I am a seasoned masters-level Marriage and Family Therapist and I have been specializing and learning about CBT for hoarding behaviors for the past 12 years.
