I provide individual psychotherapy services, both in person and via telehealth, specializing in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. My approach is client-centered and evidence-informed, emphasizing thorough assessment and collaborative treatment planning. Together, we develop tailored interventions aimed at modifying maladaptive thought patterns and emotional responses, consistent with the client’s therapeutic goals. I am committed to delivering ethical, respectful, and individualized care throughout the treatment process to support symptom reduction and improved functioning.

My clinical training included a year-long externship on an acute adult inpatient psychiatric unit, where I provided therapy to individuals with a wide range of diagnoses. I gained extensive experience working with OCD and anxiety-related conditions across varying levels of severity. Through individual and group work, I became familiar with applying exposure-based, cognitive, and acceptance-based approaches in high-acuity settings. My work was closely supervised and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which laid a strong foundation for my ongoing focus on treating OCD and related concerns.
