Narrative of Services:
Abbie has been providing behavioral health services since 2016, working with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, and substance use disorders. Upon receiving training through the IOCDF BTTI, Abbie has become passionate about providing evidence-based treatment for OCD to the community, particularly Exposure and Response Prevention, the gold standard for treating OCD. Abbie has worked with clients with a range of OCD subtypes and presentations.
Training Description:
Abbie received a scholarship to attend the 2024 IOCDF Behavior Therapy Training Institute in New Orleans, during which she learned to diagnose and treat OCD. She continues to strengthen her knowledge and practice by pursuing consultation through OCD Louisiana and education through online courses at NOCD and IOCDF.
