Description:

At Mind Chicago, we know that life can sometimes feel overwhelming—for kids, teens, young adults, and the families who love them. And sometimes, that struggle pulls you away from what truly matters. Our mission is to help you and your family navigate difficult thoughts, behaviors, and emotions while keeping the bigger picture in focus—so you can get back to what’s most important.

We specialize in evidence-based, compassionate care for children, teens, and young adults ages 2–26 who are experiencing anxiety, OCD, ADHD, or other related challenges. Our therapists use gold-standard approaches such as ERP, ACT, SPACE, PCIT, and PMT, while also honoring the unique wisdom and lived experience of each family. When individual therapy isn’t accessible or the best fit, we offer parent-based interventions, school support, and neuropsychological testing to meet families where they are.

What sets Mind Chicago apart is our commitment to both science and humanity. We receive ongoing training, engage in weekly peer consultation, and adapt our practices as new and more inclusive approaches emerge—all the while listening to and participating in our community. Our care is LGBTQIA+ affirming, social justice–oriented, and welcoming of all identities and abilities in all bodies.

Most importantly, we believe treatment only works if it works for you. That’s why we collaborate with families to design personalized plans that improve communication, increase emotional regulation, and build self-worth. With our relatable, compassionate, and highly skilled team, you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone—together, we can help your family thrive.
