Terri Fletcher, PhD

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma-related conditions, and insomnia. With over 15 years of experience in outpatient, residential, and research settings, my approach is compassionate and collaborative. I use evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based strategies, to help you build practical tools for long-term change.

My training in OCD began as a postbacclaurete mental health associate at the Menninger Clinic’s OCD residential program. I then completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Houston and my internship at Baylor College of Medicine. I am currently an Associate Professor at Baylor College of Medicine and a leading researcher in OCD and anxiety in Veterans.
