Narrative of Services:

Pillars of Wellness is a multi-location outpatient mental health agency serving Northwest Indiana and beyond through in-person and telehealth care. Our OCD Specialized Services program provides evidence-based treatment for OCD and related anxiety disorders using ERP, CBT, and ACT. Services include individualized therapy, intensive and community-based exposure options, and specialty consultation. Our program is designed for children, adolescents, and adults who need more than traditional talk therapy and are seeking practical, real-world change. We are committed to high-quality, ethical care that helps clients build lives guided by values rather than fear.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat OCD alongside commonly co-occurring conditions such as generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, and mood disorders including depression. Treatment is integrated and ERP-centered, with care tailored to how these conditions interact with the OCD cycle. I use exposure and response prevention as the foundation while incorporating values-based work, emotion regulation, and trauma-informed strategies to support the whole person.

Training Description:

I have several years of experience treating OCD and anxiety-related disorders in outpatient and intensive settings, and I am the director and lead clinician of the OCD Specialized Services program at Pillars of Wellness. I provide ERP, ACT, and CBT-informed care and have developed and presented OCD-focused continuing education trainings for clinicians. I am a Category 1 continuing education provider through the State of Indiana Behavioral Health Licensure Board. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, values-based treatment, and practical, real-world exposure to help clients build lives guided by meaning rather than fear.

Diversity Statement:

I strive to provide culturally responsive, affirming, and trauma-informed care to clients from diverse racial, ethnic, religious, gender, and socioeconomic backgrounds. At Pillars of Wellness, we serve a broad and diverse community across Northwest Indiana through both in-person and telehealth services, increasing access for individuals who may face geographic, financial, or systemic barriers to care. I approach treatment with cultural humility, curiosity, and respect, recognizing that identity, values, and lived experience shape how OCD and anxiety are expressed and treated. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where all clients feel seen, understood, and empowered.
