Jackson works at a practice that specializes in the treatment of OCD, hoarding, and other anxiety disorders. At any given time, approximately 80% of Jax’s clients are diagnosed with OCD or OC Related Disorders.
Jackson thrives at working with clients who have ADHD, anxiety, OCD and autism (whether formally diagnosed or not). He has extensive knowledge about executive dysfunction and related skill-building.
Jackson excels at providing individual psychotherapy and executive-functioning skill development for adults. Due to his academic and professional experience, and his own identity as a gay trans man, Jax enjoys working with members of the queer and trans community. He specializes in helping his clients navigate polyamory/ENM.
Jackson’s therapy style is conversational, person-centered, and direct. He aims to create a comfortable environment to explore who you are and how you got here. Clients have said that Jax brings a calming and patient energy to the room. Jax practices therapy grounded in executive-functioning work, ERP, ACT, IFS, relational, and existential modalities.
