Narrative of Services:

My practice focuses primarily on treating OCD and anxiety disorders in children, teens, and helping their parents. A significant portion of my caseload is dedicated to OCD and related disorders. I provide CBT, ERP, ACT, and parent-supported interventions like SPACE treatment. Services include diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, parent coaching, school collaboration, and ongoing ERP-based skills practice. I have supported numerous children, teens and families in the last 10 years navigating OCD and co-occurring concerns such as anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I use evidence based practices to help kids, teens and parents navigating anxiety disorders and depression.

Training Description:

My training in OCD includes 3000 supervised hours in ERP, CBT, and ACT, advanced training through child anxiety/OCD programs, and ongoing consultation with experienced pediatric OCD providers who have been involved in nationally funded OCD and pediatric anxiety research programs . I have 10 years of experience treating anxiety disorders and OCD in children and teens. I am also a SPACE trained provider. I have two masters – in clinical psychology and in school psychology along with an additional diploma in child guidance and counseling that helps me tailor OCD tx for younger populations.

Diversity Statement:

My cultural competency is informed by a combination of formal training and personal experience. I completed graduate coursework in multicultural therapy and culturally responsive clinical practice, and I have worked with diverse families both in the U.S. and previously in India. As an immigrant clinician, I bring a lived understanding of cultural identity, acculturation stress, generational differences, and the unique needs of first- and second-generation families. I approach therapy with cultural humility, honoring each family’s values and context.
