I specialize in Anxiety, Neurodiversity, and OCD-related disorders utilizing a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, tailored to your unique needs and goals. I have experience treating clients with a wide variety of phobias and OCD presentations, as well as in providing college and career counseling.

I have over three years of experience specifically treating clients with OCD and/or OCPD. I received extensive supervision from a senior therapist in the field who provided me with hands-on OCD treatment training using ERP and ACT. I attended the 2023 IOCDF conference and have also completed a variety of IOCDF, CBI, and NOCD online trainings.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to serving diverse and underrepresented populations through work and volunteer experiences in community-based mental health outpatient clinics, foster care agencies, nonprofit organizations, and school-based settings.
