Narrative of Services:

As a rural mental health clinic and provider, we help support a variety of clients. Our current client mi is at 30% OCD, 50% neurodivergent, and a host of other mental wellness and functional challenges that come with day to day life.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

We utilize a neuro-affirming approach to therapy where the client is challenged to identify and motivate toward choosing short term discomfort (via exposure therapy) to gain long term relief. We accent care with humanistic and Rogerian approaches which allow clients to feel seen, suported and connected as they lean into these challenges designed to help them overcome fear and OCD. We specialize in neurodivergence and the beautiful brains that come with these individuals.
