Narrative of Services:

CBIT (Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics) since 2015. Generally about 15% of practice is OCD/Phobia-specific. Another 25-35% is presenting with OCD/Phobia concurrent with complex trauma (agoraphobia, emetophobia, Harm-related OCD, somatic, R-OCD plus BFRB’s are most common)

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I provide evidence-based treatment for OCD, Anxiety, Depression, and Complex PTSD. Her approach integrates ERP, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR (EMDRIA Certified), and psychoanalytic work, ensuring a comprehensive roadmap for recovery. Whether navigating intrusive thoughts or deep-seated trauma, by blending clinical precision with deep empathy, my goal is to help clients move beyond symptom management toward lasting nervous system regulation.
