I am passionate about supporting individuals living with OCD and anxiety using evidence-based approaches, with a primary focus on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I incorporate psychoeducation early in treatment to help clients better understand OCD and anxiety, and to build a strong foundation for change. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support meaningful, lasting progress. While these approaches provide a strong clinical foundation, I work collaboratively with each client to understand their unique symptoms, values, and experiences, and tailor treatment in a way that is both effective and personally meaningful.
I prioritize ongoing training in evidence-based practices, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as self-compassion–informed approaches. I am currently on the waitlist to attend the IOCDF’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), an intensive program focused on the treatment of OCD. I recognize that OCD can present differently for each individual and remain committed to continuing my training to further develop and refine my clinical skills.
I have experience supporting diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, unhoused individuals, and people of all ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds. I aim to provide culturally responsive, affirming care while tailoring evidence-based approaches to each client’s unique experience.
