Narrative of Services:
I’ve supported people navigating OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic stress, substance use disorders, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. My clinical background includes providing individual and group counseling services to the Laredo population in community mental health settings, as well as a residential treatment setting.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
In the first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your history, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to gain from counseling. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for whether this space feels right for you.
Training Description:
Masters degree in Counseling Psychology.
Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas
Continuing education courses:
Fundamentals of Exposure-Based Therapy for OCD and Anxiety Disorders (NOCD Academy)
Diversity Statement:
My clinical background includes providing individual and group psychotherapy services to the Hispanic and Latinx population. I’ve provided psychotherapy for adolescents, college students, and adults in outpatient and residential treatment settings.
