The caregiver’s group for Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders (OCRDs)

Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders (OCRDs) Parents is a supportive group for parents and caregivers of children and adolescents with OCD and related disorders, including hoarding disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, skin-picking (excoriation) disorder, and hair-pulling (trichotillomania). The group provides psychoeducation, practical parenting strategies, and a space to connect with others facing similar challenges. Participants learn evidence-based approaches to supporting their child while reducing caregiver stress, increasing confidence, and fostering resilience within the family. Can meet virtually or in-person as appropriate.
