Narrative of Services:

About half of the clients in my practice are here to work on OCD. Other common issues I support people with are anxiety, panic, insomnia, alcohol/substance use, trauma, stress, and burnout.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

It’s important to me to thoughtfully co-design a treatment plan with my client after a thorough assessment. My core modality for OCD is ERP, and I also use I-CBT and ACT as needed. For other co-occurring concerns my therapy is based in forms of CBT and Motivational Interviewing.

Training Description:

I have 14 years of OCD treatment experience. I was intensively trained in OCD treatment (and related therapies) at the UPenn Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety in 2012 and I engage in continuing education.

Diversity Statement:

Being culturally responsive, identity-affirming, and equity-oriented is a strong value for me and I strive to show up in this way in my clinical work. Note – I provide free evaluations for individuals seeking gender affirming surgery and individuals seeking political asylum, please feel free to inquire.
