We are a multi-disciplinary clinic based in Ontario (Canada), meeting the needs of clients with OCD and BFRBs across the province. Our clinicians, combining psychology with psychiatry, strive to provide individualized treatment plans to best optimize recovery and relapse prevention. We provide evidence-based therapies for OCD as well as assistance with starting, ending, or changing medications. Having access to pharmacotherapy is not the goal for all our clients, but many find a combined medication and therapy approach to be a game-changer. Our physical office is in London (Ontario), however we also offer our services remotely to all residents of Ontario.
At Archways, our paramount goal is to provide timely and effective treatment in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Our clinicians meet regularly for consultation purposes, to share successes, and to share new resources. For example, two of our clinicians have recently completed the advanced BTTI offered recently by IOCDF right here in Toronto!

The WaveMind Clinic Child/Teen OCD & Anxiety Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) serves youth ages 5 through 19 with moderate to severe anxiety and OCD. Our program operates Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 2pm-5pm at our specialty clinic in West Los Angeles. What sets our program apart from others in the community is that all patients are paired individually with an Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) specialized therapist for the entirety of the time they spend in our program. This means our whole team of experts is involved in designing exposures and treatment tailored to each individual patient. In addition, children/teens participate in regular groups with the other patients in our program. Weekly multi-family groups and parent groups are offered so that all family members feel supported. When children/teens are ready to graduate, we support families in transitioning out of our program gradually on a tapered schedule and make sure they're connected to care to continue their progress. Our team takes care to stay in close contact with any outside providers (e.g., psychiatrists, therapists, teachers) to ensure smooth transitions. After graduation from our program, patients have access to support groups. Reach out if our program seems right for your family!

NEW!!! The USF Rothman Center in St. Petersburg, Florida, is excited to announce our Summer Intensive OCD Treatment Program. This in-person program has limited space and is available to children and teens, including out-of-state patients. The program runs for three weeks, with half-day sessions on 15 consecutive weekday mornings.
An initial evaluation is required, which can be conducted via telehealth. CYBOCS testing will be performed before and after the program. The program is billed as daily individual and group visits, so IOP/PHP benefits are not required. Most commercial insurance plans are accepted.
Each day includes:
- 1 hour of individual/family therapy focused on exposure and response prevention
- 1 hour of group treatment and individualized practice
Therapy sessions are provided by doctoral-level clinicians at the Rothman Center. Psychiatric consultations are also available (medication management follow-up is available for in-state patients).
Our team, led by world experts in the field, has over 16 years of experience in the Tampa Bay Area: our faculty have trained clinicians and researchers in OCD working across the globe. We anticipate the program to run from July 14 to August 1, 2025.

A groundbreaking new study published in the leading peer-reviewed journal for digital medicine demonstrated the effectiveness of NOCD's virtual exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy for children and adolescents with OCD aged 5-17.
This study of 2,173 individuals, the largest study of pediatric OCD treatment to date‚ showed a nearly 40% reduction of OCD symptoms after 13 therapy sessions on average, demonstrating how quickly NOCD Therapy works. Participants also had notable reductions in symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress.
In NOCD Therapy, kids and teens with OCD learn tools to break the OCD cycle in virtual ERP therapy sessions with a NOCD Therapist. Between sessions, they can use the NOCD App to track their progress, do therapy, homework, message their therapist, and connect with the NOCD Community. Parents can also use the app to connect with their child's therapist and learn how to better support their child.
This study marks a major step forward in addressing the pediatric mental health crisis and breaking down barriers to care for families everywhere.

Cascade Programs is thrilled to announce the addition of an adolescent boy 36 bed treatment center in Huntsville, UT. Cascade Lodge serves adolescent boys with severe anxiety and OCD related disorders, and common co-occurring comorbidities in a residential setting. We are committed to utilizing researched and evidence based clinical interventions. Individual, family, group and recreational therapy, along with individualized, sequential exposures are a key component of treatment.
Cascade Lodge aims to teach healthy relationships with technology and implement daily wellness. A focus on a healthy balance emotionally, socially, mentally and physically is at the core of programming. While in treatment students have immediate and frequent contact with their families. By design there is no level system, and each treatment plan is individualized and focuses on addressing avoidance.
Cascade Lodge provides students with an excellent academic experience with live instruction. We focus on addressing school avoidance through ERP based principles that teach students to get comfortable being uncomfortable.

Rogers Behavioral Health and Lyra Health have announced a strategic alliance designed to enhance the full continuum of care for individuals with mental health needs. By combining their complementary capabilities and commitment to evidence-based care, the two organizations strive to deliver consistent, exceptional treatment across all levels of need—from outpatient therapy to inpatient services. http://bit.ly/3Dn4wp3
Rogers Behavioral Health opened two unique weekly outpatient groups earlier this year. The first group, Parenting with Purpose, helps parents and caregivers learn to manage stress, support their mental health, and gain helpful strategies for parenting. The second group, Maternal Wellness, provides connection and support for mental health concerns, including OCD and anxiety, for pregnant and postpartum women. Both groups are currently available virtually to adults in Wisconsin.
Rogers has also expanded Fire Watch, a program that helps Veterans and first responders with challenges including moral injury, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Offered as an intensive outpatient program (IOP), Fire Watch is now available to adults in Florida, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
Don't forget to keep an eye out for upcoming continuing education opportunities through Rogers. A free CE webinar, The intersection of eating disorders and substance use disorders: Assessment and intervention, was offered in April, with additional seminars coming up in 2025.
