Anxiety & OCD Treatment Specialists
Anxiety & OCD Treatment Specialists was founded in 2016 by Natalie Noel, LMHC, in Tampa, Florida, with a mission to provide compassionate, expert care for individuals struggling with OCD and anxiety disorders. Since its inception, the practice has expanded to offer services in both Florida and New York, allowing us to help even more people on their journey to recovery.
Each of our providers has undergone rigorous training with world-renowned researchers in OCD, specializing in the treatment of OCD, related disorders, and anxiety conditions. We offer a range of services, including regular outpatient care, intensive outpatient programs, group therapy, and support groups—all utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Every program integrates relapse prevention strategies to ensure long-term success.
In addition to our therapy services, Anxiety & OCD Treatment Specialists collaborates closely with psychiatrists who specialize in OCD treatment, offering excellent referrals for those needing medication management.
We understand that support plays a vital role in the treatment process, which is why treatment is available in-person, via video conference, or over the phone. Family members are welcome to join sessions, with the client’s consent, at no additional cost, as we believe that strong family involvement contributes to better outcomes.
Our clinic is proud to serve clients of all ages, offering a comprehensive approach to care that prioritizes each individual’s unique needs.
Diversity Statement:
At Anxiety & OCD Treatment Specialists, we are committed to providing culturally competent and inclusive care for all clients. We recognize and respect the diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and identities of those we serve. Our clinicians are trained to understand and address cultural differences in the context of OCD and anxiety disorders, ensuring that treatment is personalized, respectful, and effective. We strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and supported, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or socioeconomic status. Diversity enriches our practice and strengthens the healing process.
