Cornerstone OCD & Anxiety Group

Our group practice opened in 2019 when our owner, Mary Horn, was overwhelmed by the lack of trained professionals treating OCD and related disorders. She now trains interns and new clinicians in evidence-based treatments for these difficult disorders. We presently have a combined staff experience of 26 years treating OCD, BFRBs, BDD, Panic, Phobia, Hoarding, and other anxiety-based disorders. We see children aged 8 and over, and we work exclusively online, so we see clients throughout the state of Washington.

Anxiety touches humans of all backgrounds and cultures. We treat clients holistically and do our best to consider each client as an individual who has a story and full experience that must be treated with dignity and seriousness. Every clinician has cultural competency training. We love working with clients from all walks of life. We take people’s faith and religious beliefs very seriously as a part of their treatment if they desire to do so.
