Insights Group is a mental health clinic comprised of specialists, each with their own areas of expertise. We have over 35 years of combined experience working with individuals with OCD. Elian Beattie, owner and clinical director, completed her graduate internship at the OCDI at McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA, has attended BTTI trainings, and is a member of the executive board of OCDNH.
Insights Group also offers adjunctive therapies such as family therapy and marital therapy, as well as has expertise in eating disorders, substance abuse, trauma, ADHD, perinatal mental health, and LGBTQIA+ issues. There is a neuropsychologist on staff who can perform diagnostic evaluations and provide strategic treatment recommendations. Insights Group uses evidence-based treatments to create lasting, tangible change in people’s lives.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

We also treat eating disorders, ADHD, perinatal mental health issues, substance abuse, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ issues. We also offer marital and family therapy, as well as full neuropsych evaluations. When multiple team members are involved, we use a collaborative approach that is individualized to each client’s treatment plan.

Our clinicians attend specialized trainings each year in their areas of expertise to better further their knowledge on working with diverse populations. We also have monthly clinical consultation group and quarterly staff meetings with in-house trainings in these areas.

At Insights Group, we work with individuals from a variety of racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. We also have a staff psychologist who identifies as a part of the LGBTQIA+ community and has expertise in providing therapy to this population, psychoeducation and support to family members, and writes letters for medical care for gender-affirming procedures and hormonal treatments.
