Working in collaboration with McLean Hospital—America’s top-ranked psychiatric hospital and an affiliate of Harvard Medical School—InStride Health (www.instride.health) offers evidence-based treatment (CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT) for youth ages 7-22 who are experiencing moderate to severe OCD and/or anxiety.
