Newport Healthcare
Newport Healthcare’s OCD & Anxiety Program provides specialized, evidence-based treatment for adolescents and young adults struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder and related anxiety disorders. Our program integrates gold-standard approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), delivered by a multidisciplinary team of licensed clinicians with advanced training in OCD treatment.
What sets our program apart is our combination of clinical excellence and whole-person care. In addition to intensive ERP sessions, clients engage in experiential therapies, academic support, and family involvement to ensure sustainable progress.
Clients in our residential program participate in 4.5 hours of ERP 5 days per week with the support of clinician’s and staff who are all trained in ERP principles. Our clinical team also addresses co-occurring conditions such as depression, trauma, and eating disorders, ensuring truly comprehensive treatment. Families are provided with psycho-education and coaching to reinforce progress at home and maintain gains post-discharge.
Follow-up care is central to our mission: we collaborate with outpatient providers and community supports to create individualized aftercare plans, including step-down programming and family support.
Newport Healthcare is committed to reducing the suffering caused by OCD and anxiety by equipping young people and their families with tools for resilience, recovery, and lasting wellness.
