The OCD Treatment Center

The OCD Treatment Center provides specialized intensive outpatient OCD treatment in Newport Beach, CA, serving clients nationwide. Our 3-week intensive program offers 45 hours of evidence-based therapy, equivalent to 6+ months of weekly treatment. We use a MORE THAN ERP approach, integrating Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) with Time Perspective Therapy (TPT) to address not just OCD symptoms, but the deeper stuck points that keep people trapped in the OCD cycle. Many clients travel from across the United States or internationally for our intensive program. We offer weekly outpatient therapy for local clients. Additionally for those that are interested, we also offer an optional Christian-friendly treatment approach.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

As a result of the high level of comorbidity with OCD, we are used to treating co-occurring disorders such as panic attacks, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, emetophobia, trichotillomania and dermatillomania. We are also used to working with clients that are also suffering with co-occurring autism, ASD, ADD, or ADHD.
